Week...

Set the standard time (in hours and minutes) that is expected on each day. This is used for flexitime and time remaining calculations. Days with zero expected time will be coloured green in the Main Form.

The checkboxes on this form specify whether the non working time defined under NWT Options should be applied to each day.

  • Week A - If 2 Week schedule is set under General Options, this shows the first week
  • Week B - If 2 Week schedule is set under General Options, this shows the second week

  • OK - Save all changes and return to the main form
  • Cancel - Abandon all changes and return to the main form

NW Time...

Define the standard periods of non working time. These periods will only be applied on the days specified under Week Options.

Each row on this form represents a standard period of non working time, tap to edit or delete it using the Session Form.

Overtime...

Enable and configure the tracking of Flexi Time and Excess Time.

  • Track Excess Time - When checked, Timesheet will account for excess time. Three different types of time may be classed as excess:
    • Outside - Time worked outside a fixed time range (such as 7am to 7pm) on any day
    • Days with no std time - Any time worked on days which have zero standard time (could be used to count weekends as excess time for example)
    • Time above std time - Any time worked over and above the standard number of hours on a day
  • OK - Save all changes and return to the main form
  • Cancel - Abandon all changes and return to the main form
